Well, it is another beautiful day in Brighton. Apparently, this is what is called England Summer. For a short while the weather turns to the mid- to upper-70s, sunny and breezy. It is perfect. Then of course the weather turns to rain and grey. The moral of the story is get out now!
Our garden is coming along. We have started to clear out what was overgrown and looking pretty haggard. We have picked all the apples, blackberries, and roses. We have found a couple of friends too. We have a frog that scared the living daylights out of Mia. She liked the idea of a frog that was still, but when it moved, she let out a shriek that woke those sleeping in Australia. We have two neighbour cats that like to use our garden beds as litter boxes, and we have butterflies and bees too. Oh yeah, we also have the invisible pests that eat everything we plant.
